What information will be needed to make a booking?

  • Preferred date of your visit (and alternative dates if possible)
  • Approximate times of arrival and departure
  • The topic/session you are interested in
  • Number and ages/year group of children
  • Number of adults attending with the group
  • Full staff and school contact details, including address, phone number and email
  • Details of any special or additional needs or requirements
  • Payment

    Once you have made your booking with us you will receive a booking confirmation form which will list your booking details and the payment required. Payment for admission to the Park will then need to be made on the day of the visit.
    We accept payment by bank card, BACS transfer or cheque.

    Once you’ve booked your visit, you can arrange your free teacher planning visit for up to two teachers; please ask for further details when making your booking.

    Risk assessments, public liability insurance and staff CRB checks are available upon request.
