Ticket Definitions
Adult – aged 16 +
Child – aged 3- 15 years inclusive and must be accompanied by a responsible adult
Family – maximum of 2 adults
Group – pre-booked with a minimum of 15 people
Under 3s – Children aged 2 years and under are admitted free of charge to the animal park (and do not require a ticket)
General Information
Car parking is Free.
Bikes, rollerblades, scooters, self-propelled sit-on toys and footballs are NOT allowed in the animal park for safety reasons.
Sorry, no dogs are allowed. Guide dogs or assistance dogs can be looked after by our team – please go to reception on arrival, or call us on 01262 673653 and this will be arranged.
