Keeper Club starts 3rd Oct

Keeper Club is a weekly club for children aged 7-12, giving them the opportunity to learn about a broad spectrum of birds and animals in a zoo environment. The structured programme will include interactive theory sessions and lots of practical experience.

Clubs are on:

Sundays 9-11am

Tuesdays 5-7pm

Tuesdays 10-12pm (designed for home educated children)

As the sessions change on a weekly basis, children are only expected to attend one of the sessions per week.

Photography workshops start 23rd Sept

Our new dates for September and October 2017 for our Bird Of Prey Photography Days and Workshops are as follows:

Saturday 28th October – 10 places available

Prices are only £60 per person

A £20 deposit secures your place

Our days start at 9:15am finishing around 12:30pm

You will be able to photograph our birds of prey and Owls in in a natural farmland style surroundings using natural props, and photograph some of them free flying untethered and without jesses (and our Barn Owl even selects her own oak trees to perch in!).

These photography days are suitable for complete beginners to seasoned professionals and we are on hand throughout the day to help and assist you, whether it’s camera settings or composition.
