Keeper Club

Keeper Club is a weekly club for children aged 7-12, giving them the opportunity to learn about a broad spectrum of birds and animals in a zoo environment. The structured programme will include interactive theory sessions and lots of practical experience.

Clubs are on:

Sundays 9-11am

Tuesdays 5-7pm

Tuesdays 10-12pm (designed for home educated children)

As the sessions change on a weekly basis, children are only expected to attend one of the sessions per week.

Keeper Kids

Has your child ever dreamt of being a zookeeper? Then Keeper Kids is for them!

Keeper Kids is a two day programme designed to give children aged 8-11 years (KS2) an opportunity to:

  • Learn all about the animal kingdom
  • Enjoy working with animals in a zoo
  • Discover more about a zookeeper’s job.

COURSE DATES 2018

Times: Each day runs from 10.30am – 3.00pm

Cost: Each two day programme costs £75 per person. This price includes a Bridlington Animal Park Keeper Kids t-shirt, a pin badge and Bridlington Animal Park folder. Other benefits include one free adult admission for both days and discount in the shop.

Once your application has been processed and a place on the programme has been confirmed you will be contacted by e-mail.  This e-mail will contain information on how to make your payment to secure the participant’s place on the course.

Keeper School

Keeper School is designed for children aged 11-14. A 1 day programme teaching more about the unique lives of the many animals at Bridlington Birds of Prey and Animal Park, including birds, mammals and reptiles.

Theory sessions reinforced with hands on experience.
