Arriving today. Rhea

Today we are taking delivery of 4 young Rhea.

The rheas are large ratites (flightless birds without a keel on their sternum bone) in the order Rheiformes, native to South America, related to the ostrich and emu.

Due to their native home of south America they will be sharing a paddock with our Llama and Alpaca. We also hope to be adding Mara into this enclosure.
